Notary fees cannot therefore exceed this amount.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>These notary fees are added to the purchase tax of 3% on the total price of the property.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Another parameter on which Montenegro is well placed.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><br>Regarding transfer taxes, in France, the rate for old property is 8%.
